Personnel Qualifications
Qualified Vescom job applicants must be trustworthy, self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and able both to follow protocol and to "think on their feet." Vescom security officer candidates must have no criminal history, possess a valid drivers' license, hold a high school diploma or GED, and pass drug testing prior to employment.

Candidates possessing advanced training are in high demand at Vescom. EMTs, certified First Responders, trained firefighters, those with military, criminal justice, or public safety experience, and/or expertise in security technologies are encouraged to apply.

Individuals seeking supervisory positions must possess several years of experience in industrial or commercial security, along with a proven track record of integrity, leadership, and a commitment to customer service.
